You don't have to be a triathlete to join the club. If you want to get fit, build endurance and need support along the way, you came to the right place. If you do want to race, you will be given a lot of guidance with race preparation and nutrition suggestions. Minimum commitment for any program is 6-month as it takes this long to see some real results.
